Terms of Service

Adults only
SexyAdults is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use an adult dating or social service where they live.
Alias-first member identity
Members are encouraged to use an alias and username rather than a legal name on public-facing profile surfaces. Members remain responsible for the accuracy of information they choose to share.
No background checks
SexyAdults does not perform criminal, identity, sex-offender-registry, or other background checks on members as a routine condition of membership. An 18+ self-attestation, verification email, moderation decision, badge, match, or other site feature should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a person’s identity, history, intentions, safety, or suitability.
Use your own judgment
Interactions with other members, including conversations and in-person meetings, involve risk. Use your own judgment, protect personal information, meet in a public place when appropriate, tell someone you trust about your plans, and stop contact if a situation feels unsafe. You use the service and interact with other members at your own risk, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Consent and prohibited conduct
Members must respect consent and applicable law. Harassment, threats, non-consensual sexual content, impersonation, exploitation, attempts to involve minors, and other abusive or unlawful conduct are prohibited and may result in moderation action or account removal.
Moderation is not a safety guarantee
SexyAdults may review reports and public profile photos and may restrict or remove content or accounts. Moderation cannot identify or prevent every harmful act, false statement, or unsafe interaction.
